> This Sunday is our final Somerford Grove session for 2018.  Once again we are holding our extended BONFIRE NIGHT SPECIAL which will start an hour later than usual and run for three hours rather than two.
How is the session special?
Rest assured, there will be NO fireworks.  However, there might be a few sparklers for those that enjoy them.   (If your child/young person finds them in any way disturbing, please let the organisers know on the day and they'll make appropriate arrangements.)  There is a firepit at Somerford Grove which the staff are going to light for us.  There will be marshmallows to toast in the fire and hot chocolate will be served to those that want it.  The playground will be floodlit so play on the equipment can continue until 6.00.  All a bit special!
The adventure playground is most suitable for 5-15 year olds, but there is no age restriction at our play sessions – adult carers can also climb, swing and slide
on the equipment if they wish!
Address:  Somerford Grove Adventure Playground, Park Lane Close, Tottenham, N17 0HL
Parking is VERY limited on site and can be difficult to access.  We strongly recommend that you park on the residential streets nearby.  There are usually no parking restrictions on non-match Sundays (the Spurs Football Stadium is very nearby), but please check the local street signs before leaving your car.

> Our adult social group continues as usual with events through to December 2018

Please join our
Facebook page if you fancy a chat: Enfield Branch of the National Autistic Society (it’s a ‘closed’ group, so you must to be on our mailing list to join).

These coffee mornings are a good way of linking up with other parents/carers, facing similar concerns, and sharing ideas and strategies to help each other.  They are open to all parents/carers in Enfield, not just those with children at Galliard and Edmonton County Schools.
